Missing you, Sis

My sister is away on vacation and I hope she's having a wonderful trip with her darling kids and husband. Miss you!

No more diapers!

Austin is officially potty trained! We did it in 3 days. And boy, was he ready! It was almost too easy. Here's a picture of him enjoying his new favorite treat.

Baby shower

We had a great time at Melissa's baby shower over the weekend. She got a ton of stuff! Here's a picture of Molly, Melissa and I. I'm so fortunate to have such sweet sisters! And yes, that's me with straight hair.

And here we are with Mom. She's going to be a grandma for the fifth time! The kids call her Mimi. It's Swedish for grandma. And she is such a wonderful grandma!

Christ has Risen!

Hope you have a Eggstra Special Easter :)

We dyed and decorated our eggs tonight. It was a lot of fun! Austin had dye everywhere. He got it on his nose and all I kept thinking about was him having a blue nose for Easter! I was able to get it off in the tub. Good thing it was bath night.

Sweet as can Bee

She's such a honey! On Friday she was dressed so cute I just had to take a picture.

3 boys and a girl

I'm caring for another little boy. He's 17 months old tomorrow. Such a cutie! The boys love having him here and so do I. Now I just have to find another little girl to even it out.

Will my kid ever eat again?

Austin will only eat the following: any kind of crackers or chips, bread, tortilla, cheese, apples, bacon, pb&j's and "suit snacks". What have I done to my child? I blame Gerber Puffs! I blame myself for ever buying them! He became a carb addict the first time he ever tried one of those. Everyday I give him what we're eating hoping one of these days he'll eat it. Last night I caught myself begging him to try a mandarin orange. We have sent him to bed hungry but then he won't sleep. And he's already skinny enough! I keep telling myself that someday when he's eating us out of house and home that I will wish he was my picky little eater again! Here's a picture of him not eating his peas.

As of this week, no more highchair. He sits at his little table or at the big table with us.
