Close cousins

Austin, Richie and Maddy are cousins. It's so fun when my sister and I get them together to play. Austin and Richie are very close. They used to see each other almost everyday when they were little. These days they see each other once every week to two weeks and when they do they are so excited! They play rough one minute then hug and kiss the next. Maddy just loves watching them run wild! And if they run her over, she doesn't care.

Memorial Day weekend

We had a really nice long weekend. Ryan had four days off of work so it was great to have him home. He started an outdoor project. Hopefully the end outcome will be a swing set for the kiddos! Today was a rainy day but we didn't let ourselves get bored. Here's what Austin and the kiddos like to do on rainy days:

Puzzles, lots of puzzles

Make playdough

Go down the indoor slide 50 times

Watch Elmo in Grouchland

Eat Apple Jacks and apples

Sing "Knick Knack Paddy Whack!" and "Old McDonald Had a Farm"

Go to the mall play area, thanks to Ryan we were able to go!

And Zoey couldn't get enough of the Jumparoo

Mother's Day

I'm so blessed to have two wonderful kids who love me so much! And a husband who would do anything for me! I had a great Mother's Day. Thanks Ryan, Kaylee and Austin for being so sweet to me even when I'm crabby.

The circus came to town

Austin went to the circus for the first time last weekend. It was fun to see his reaction to everything especially the animals. I think his favorite were the Bengal tigers. We also went to dinner to celebrate Dustie's birthday. We had a great time! The first picture is Austin with his second cousins Kennedy and Addison. Such cuties! After the elephant act it was time to go home! Thanks for inviting us Dustie and Hayden and Casey, Kennedy and Addison.

Chuck E. Cheese's

A night out at Chuck E. Cheese's was Austin's reward for potty training. He's such a big boy now!
